Any business incurs costs when delivering products to its customers. There are two ways of recovering this cost – either pass it on to the customer (which we have done), OR build it into the price of the goods being sold. We choose to charge a single delivery fee for all orders, rather than building it into the price of the goods. That way, we are able to keep our prices LOW!

Returns and Exchanges
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If you have opened dispute, and it is waiting for you to return goods, please return goods in 10 days (various based on different countries, please check information on the Returns Page.

After you place the order, the order details (like color, size, shipping address etc.) cannot be changed.
If you placed order with wrong information, please contact us before the order is shipped out, and suggest to ship with correct information.
You can also cancel order before the order is shipped out.
You can cancel your order with seller’s approval. Cancellation process:
1. Click ‘Request Order Cancellation’. Select a reason for cancellation
2.Wait confirmation from seller. If seller did not respond within 48 hours, order will be cancelled automatically.
3. Refund will be processed to your bank/card account within 3-20 business days
